Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage employees across the business.
• Train, mentor and evaluate staff performance.

• Address poor performance, misconduct, absenteeism and disciplinary issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop staff schedules, allocate responsibilities and ensure adequate staffing at all times.

Operations Management

• Oversee all daily operations of the car wash and detailing centre.
• Ensure all services meet RamosMAX’s high quality standards.
• Implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, machinery and facilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.

Customer Service

• Ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary.

Inventory & Procurement

• Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, consumables, equipment and uniforms.
• Prevent wastage, misuse and stock losses.
• Coordinate procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Sales & Business Development

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance against targets.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct quality inspections.
• Ensure all detailing and washing services meet company standards.
• Train staff on quality improvement and best practices.
• Monitor service turnaround times and customer feedback.

• Safeguard company assets and maintain accurate operational records.
• Oversee implementation of company policies and procedures.

Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
• Report directly to the Managing Director and provide regular updates on business performance.
