Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers with excellent customer service.
Recommend suitable plants, flowers, pots, fertilizers, soil, and gardening accessories based on customers' needs.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through both in-store and online channels.
Host live selling sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Demonstrate products, answer customer enquiries, and engage viewers during live sessions.
Create simple video content and product demonstrations to support online marketing and sales.
Process customer orders from both walk-in and online customers.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the nursery.
Water and care for plants to ensure they remain healthy and sale-ready.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
