Job Description

Plan merchandise strategic launches and promotions and determine pricing strategy.
Source/develop new items and negotiate prices with suppliers.
Assist in developing optimum product mix, market research, market competitor analysis, and data analysis.
Sales forecasting, budget management, and sales performance analysis reports.
Monitor and implement effective inventory control.
Identify problems and propose an improvement plan.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Merchandising Manager.
