Job Description

  • Plan merchandise strategic launches and promotions and determine pricing strategy.
  • Source/develop new items and negotiate prices with suppliers.
  • Assist in developing optimum product mix, market research, market competitor analysis, and data analysis.
  • Sales forecasting, budget management, and sales performance analysis reports.
  • Monitor and implement effective inventory control.
  • Identify problems and propose an improvement plan.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Merchandising Manager.
