Niajiri Platform Ltd is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing and sales initiatives.

The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, strengthen the company’s market presence, and support revenue growth.

This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is passionate about achieving business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets while ensuring the cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor sales performance and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Education and experience requirements

Applicants should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Two to three years of proven business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience in a Marketing Manager role.
• Proven experience working with government institutions and public sector organizations.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong experience in lead generation, business development, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems will be an added advantage.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
