Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION
KWM Motors Tanzania Limited is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Territory Manager to oversee sales operations, expand market coverage, strengthen dealer relationships, and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure effective product distribution and market penetration.
- Monitor customer feedback and support customer relationship management.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
