Marketing & Client Relations Officer

• Contact schools, institutions, corporate organizations, churches, NGOs, tour operators and other potential clients.
• Follow up on prospective clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Support the delivery of We-Ape’s Ecological Immersion Program for schools
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, email and social media enquiries.
• Explain packages, pricing and booking procedures.
• Prepare quotations and booking confirmations.
• Maintain an organized client and booking database.
• Build strong relationships with repeat clients.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Recommend marketing ideas to increase bookings.
• Assist with social media engagement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Receive guests at the park and explain We-Ape’s activities and amenities
• Work closely with the Operations Team.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, sales, customer service or business development.
• Applicants must be willing to relocate to Aburi or its surroundings upon appointment, as this is a full-time position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
• Tourism, hospitality or events experience is an advantage.
