About the role
This is a broad, influential position that combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. You'll work across every area of the organisation to:

You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in business development, commercial growth or strategic partnerships
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience developing and delivering marketing and communications initiatives
- Commercial acumen, including business case development and opportunity evaluation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and project management capability
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to creating positive community outcomes.
Experience within vocational education, employment services or the community sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Why join BGT?
At BGT, you'll have the opportunity to influence organisational strategy while making a genuine difference in people's lives. This is a role where commercial thinking meets community impact—where the partnerships you build and the opportunities you create help strengthen businesses, support local industries and create pathways into education and employment.
If you're looking for a role that's bigger than marketing—one that combines growth, innovation, collaboration and purpose—we'd love to hear from you.
