LIVE COMMERCE HOST

📍 Location: Nairobi

💰 Salary: KES 30,000 + Performance Bonus (up to KES 70,000)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time (Shift-Based)

Key Responsibilities

Present products during live-streaming sessions.

Follow the company's presentation format: Hook → Demo → Close.

Engage with audiences and answer customer questions in real time.

Maintain energy and professionalism throughout live sessions.

Rotate between opening, demonstration, and closing segments.

Work flexible shifts, including possible day and night rotations.

Collaborate with the production and data teams.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent (US or European accent preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.

Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural delivery.

Reliable, disciplined, and punctual.

Flexible to work evenings, nights, and weekends when required.

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new products and platforms.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, media, or a similar customer-facing role.

Knowledge of French or Arabic is an added advantage.
