- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings

Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations

Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents

Develop case strategies based on legal analysis and available evidence

Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information

Review and organize evidence, discovery materials, and case files

Negotiate settlements and advise clients on dispute resolution options

Prepare witnesses and clients for hearings and trials

Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents

Advise clients on legal risks, rights, obligations, and litigation outcomes

Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case management

Maintain accurate billing records and manage assigned caseloads
Stay current with changes in legislation, judicial decisions, and legal practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and admission to the relevant Bar

Proven experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
