Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate music-related contracts, including artist, producer, distribution, licensing, and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal support on copyright, trademarks, intellectual property, and related matters.
• Ensure the company remains compliant with applicable laws and industry regulations.
• Assist with contract administration and maintain accurate legal records.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in business transactions.
• Support dispute resolution and liaise with external counsel when required.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams on day-to-day business operations.
• Conduct legal research on entertainment, media, and technology-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) and qualification to practice law in Nigeria.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong interest in entertainment, media, music, or intellectual property law.
• Excellent contract drafting and legal research skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Remuneration: NGN150,000 – 300,000 Gross Monthly (Depending on Experience)
