  • Responsibilities
  • Drive and achieve company strategic objectives and insurance sales targets
  • Recruitment, training, coaching and development of agents
  • Monitor team performance and ensure set targets are met consistently
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow the business
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
