(Temporary full- time)

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
 Coordinating activities leading to the accreditation of the proposed Bachelor of
Laws (LLB) programme.
 Ensuring that all academic, regulatory and quality requirements are met in
preparation for accreditation.
 Subject to approval, the appointed specialist will also contribute to teaching at
Master’s level, specifically in the courses: Legal Environment and International
Labour Law.
 In addition to the above, the Lecturer must be a qualified Lawyer and registered
with the Law Society of Zimbabwe.

Qualifications and Experience
 Applicants must hold a good Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) and a Bachelor of
Commerce/Science Honours Degree in Law (LLB), passed with an upper second
class (2.1) and relevant industry/teaching experience.
 A relevant PhD would be a distinct advantage.
