Job Description
To perform admin task such as registration of appeal, handle document request and perform simple medical claim disputes and handle any other ad hoc assignments.
- To filter and register incoming appeal/ disputes timely and accurately.
- To review simple disputes on medical claim settlements and provide recommendations based on evidence / supporting documents submitted.
- To handle request of documents requested by policyholder.
- To attend to any other ad hoc assignments
