Job Description

 

To assist in Case Registration for Guarantee Letter (GL) issuance cases and complete the task to meet department’s service level agreement.

  •  To Mark In GL requests from panel hospitals in MCS within 10mins
  •  Assist in Manual registration when MCS is unavailable
  •  Assist in simple tasks such as cancellation of GL requests, date amendment etc
  •  To assist with data entry in FGL processing
  •  Complete ad hoc assignments
