Bring training experiences to life — from planning to execution
(booking accommodation, classroom setup, F&B arrangements, training logistics)
Own exciting events like Onboarding, Culture Workshops & Learning Carnivals
Design communication that pops — posters, EDMs, QR codes
Support digital learning — upload content, test e-modules, track learner progress in LMS
Keep things running smoothly — schedule programs, prepare materials & manage vendors
Track impact — attendance, survey results, and simple reporting dashboards
Experiment with new tools — AI assistants, MS PowerPoint, Forms, Canva-equivalent, etc.
Collaborate with different departments — from HR to relevant business units
