Responsibilities:

• Manages the company's insurance portfolio, ensuring policies are current, renewals are completed on time, and claims are processed efficiently
• Liaises with insurers and brokers
• Maintains accurate records
• Supports contract and project insurance compliance
• Prepares reports and ensures proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of performance management, HR operations, and employee relations.
• Experience working with HR data, reporting, and Excel.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance.
• CIPM certification or membership is an advantage.
