Responsibilities:

Customer communication & support

• Answer and route calls: Pick up incoming calls promptly, log clear messages with caller name and contact, and direct queries to the right colleague.
• Resolve customer needs: Understand issues, recommend appropriate services, and handle post-sales queries to keep customers satisfied.
• Forms and responses: Process supplier request forms, survey forms and credit applications and reply within one working day of receipt.

Sales & account management

• Full sales cycle ownership: Manage leads from quotation to closing, follow up with customers, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Quotation and retention: Prepare accurate quotations and issue calibration reminders before due dates to support timely conversion and repeat business.
• Customer feedback: Capture and report customer feedback to the manager to help improve our services and offerings.

Operations & coordination

• Cross-team coordination: Work with engineers, peers and supervisors to ensure commitments are met and confirm with customers when work deviates from standard process.
• CRM accuracy: Maintain customer records in the CRM, including NIRF entries, cold call logs, follow-ups and customer updates.
