  • Job Summary

The Income Auditor Coordinator provides direct leadership, supervision, and guidance to the property's income audit team. Ensures accurate collection, verification, reconciliation, and reporting of all daily operational revenues generated across the property to safeguard corporate assets.

  • Key Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates the daily workflows of the Income Audit team to ensure timely performance.

Verifies and reconciles daily postings, room revenue, package allocations, and multi-outlet point-of-sale transactions.

Reviews and approves the property's Daily Revenue Report (DRR) prior to final submission to the Financial Controller.

Investigates and resolves complex systemic revenue discrepancies, high-value credit card variances, or ledger imbalances.

Audits high-luxury guest ledger accounts, house accounts, and non-guest folios to guarantee complete billing accuracy.

  • Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.

2–3 years of experience in hotel income auditing or night audit within a high-luxury, all-inclusive resort environment, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Advanced Excel proficiency; comprehensive knowledge of hospitality ERPs and PMS (SAP, OPERA); strong understanding of internal control procedures and IFRS.

Fluent English and Spanish would be a bonus.

Prior experience with luxury all-inclusive package breakdowns and multi-outlet revenue tracking is desired.
