Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and organize the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Receive, ship, pack, and unpack products efficiently while maintaining accuracy and adhering to safety standards.
3. Arrange, label, and store warehouse items in an organized manner.
4. Oversee the receiving, identification, dispatch, and quality assurance of goods before delivery to customers.
5. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to ensure efficient operations.
6. Inspect and report the condition of all goods received.
7. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement new or revised warehouse procedures and best practices.
8. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
9. Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely stock replenishment.
10. Ensure all documentation related to warehouse operations is accurately prepared, processed, distributed, and filed in a timely manner.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and relevant industry standards.
12. Receive and issue items to customers accurately and promptly.
13. Supervise and coordinate the activities of casual workers to ensure productivity and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Mathematics and Statistics, Business Administration.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory control practices.
