Should have a sound knowledge. of Kenyan Labour laws and HR best practices. KEY ROLES Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding process. Prepare payroll and other employee benefits. Handle disciplinary matters disciplinary procedures. Coordinate and facilitate staff performance appraisal processes. Implement and Ensure compliance with Labour laws, organizational policies, and HR procedures. Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to staff Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
