Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment of employees
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Employee & Payroll Management:

• Manage payroll processing and account reconciliation
• Oversee employee relations, performance, and welfare
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

Administration:

• Maintain proper HR files and records
• Support management with HR reports and recommendations
• Perform any other HR duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year HR experience *Required*
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confidential
• Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field is an advantage

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
