Responsibilities:

• Record content using a smartphone and assist during content shoots
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar software
• Create video covers, thumbnails, and simple designs using Canva
• Schedule and post content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Organize content files and footage on Google Drive
• Accompany brand owner to content shoots, fashion schools, workshops, and events when required
• Research content ideas, trends, and opportunities relevant to the brand
• Assist with basic content scripting and caption writing
• Repurpose one piece of content into multiple social media posts
• Help maintain a consistent content publishing schedule

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing software
• Proficiency in Canva
• Ability to use ChatGPT and AI tools for content support
• Experience creating TikTok and Instagram content
• Good smartphone videography skills
• Basic content writing and research skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
• Must be based in Lagos
• Interest in fashion, content creation, or digital media is an advantage

Work Days & Hours:

• Physical Work Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Ajenipa Lady Lak
• Remote Work Days: Monday, Friday for editing, scheduling, and content management
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
