Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategy across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Lead talent management, performance, and succession planning.
Oversee compensation, payroll, and employee relations across regional operations.
Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Drive HR governance, HRIS, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
CHRP(K), IHRM membership, CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent HR certification.
15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior management roles.
Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Strong knowledge of international employment law, labor relations, and statutory compliance.
Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation.
