Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Guide employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership development, employee engagement, and people management best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR regulations.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve workforce productivity and retention.
  • Support organizational change management and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes and talent development programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure the confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness, or multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to deliver HR solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of the Ghana Labour Act and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong coaching, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-making across different levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
