Hub Operations Lead

We are seeking a disciplined, hands-on, and highly organized Hub Lead to manage Samaking’s centralized fish distribution hub whose primary component is a containerised 20 ft freezer that is solar powered.

The hub will receive fish directly from farms and suppliers, store the fish in a cold room, dispatch products to branches, and also operate as a selling point to customers. The Hub Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all fish received, stored, sold, and dispatched from the hub is handled safely, stored at the right temperature, and moved efficiently to branches.

This is an operations-heavy role focused mainly on:

• Product receipt and verification
• Cold room and warehouse management
• FIFO stock management
• Dispatch and order fulfillment to branches
• Hub sales
• Quality, hygiene, and food safety control
• Basic logistics coordination
• Team supervision and daily reporting
