Recruiting top talent Developing HR policies and systems, Managing employee performance, driving staff engagement, Overseeing training and development, and building a high-performance culture across the organisation.
Develop and retain the people needed to achieve its vision of becoming Africa's leading automotive retail and service company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Experience developing policies, procedures, and organisational systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Experience in a growing organisation is an advantage.
Must be willing to reside and work in Ijebu-Ode.
