Key responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews).
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
· Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (attendance, leave, overtime).
· Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
· Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Support performance management and appraisal processes.
· Assist in organizing staff training and development programs.
Qualifications:
Ø Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Ø At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Ø Skills in drafting contracts and terminating employee contracts.
Ø Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ø Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
