Job Description

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Hotel Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within a 3-star or 4-star hotel.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, hospitality sales, and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM systems and hotel property management systems (PMS) is an added advantage.
Ability to prepare professional sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
