Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Consult with clients to understand hair needs and recommend suitable styles, cuts, and treatments based on hair type, face shape, and lifestyle.
2. Perform hair cutting, trimming, layering, fades, and texturizing for all genders and ages.
3. Style hair using blow-drying, flat ironing, curling, updos, braiding, and natural hair techniques.
4. Apply hair color, highlights, balayage, ombre, toning, and perform color correction using correct mixing ratios and safety procedures.
5. Carry out chemical treatments including relaxers, perms, keratin, protein treatments, and texturizers.
6. Assess scalp and hair condition and provide deep conditioning, steam treatments, and scalp care services.
7. Install and maintain braids, weaves/sew-ins, wigs, crochet, and locs.
