Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra for a Group General Manager. The role involves overseeing the daily operations and performance of multiple dental clinics to ensure efficiency, growth, and excellent patient care. Key responsibilities include managing teams, implementing operational policies, monitoring budgets and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. The Group General Manager will also collaborate with clinic managers to achieve organisational goals and drive strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills, including team management and organizational development.
• Financial acumen, including experience in budget management, revenue generation, and cost control strategies.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and team-building.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and standards in a clinical environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
• Proven experience in a managerial or operational role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
