Job Description

Responsibilities:

Bus Payments:

  • Collect and verify payments from drivers
  • Monitor assigned buses
  • Chase drivers for outstanding payments and log all communications


Vehicle Tracking & Monitoring:

  • Monitor and check bus trackers to ensure all trackers assigned to buses are online and active
  • Report any unusual activity or discrepancies

Reporting:

  • Submit verified payments to online bus payment forms
  • Submit accurate online forms and upload all necessary evidence (payment & expenses)
  • Escalate any field or operational issues to the CEO when needed

Bus Inspections:

  • Complete monthly bus inspections and new KYX (Know-Your-Customer) inspections
  • Submit inspection evidence
  • Check and update driver details
  • Raise red flags on difficult/problematic buses/drivers following communication and/or inspections

Operations Support:

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager in the following.
  • Assist in receiving/picking up new buses
  • Assist in checking new buses and identifying issues
  • Coordinating needed repairs on buses
  • Liaising and assisting in locating and recovering vehicles due for repossession


Requirements:

  • Graduate Trainee in any discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years’ working experience
  • Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or vehicle maintenance
  • Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and tools
  • Good understanding of KYC and documentation processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel for inspections or field assignments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent Communication and people management skills
  • Relationship Management Skills
