Responsibilities:

• Keep the company's finances accurate, organised, and dependable as transaction volumes grow.
• Manage daily financial operations and transactions
• Perform regular bank reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, and track income, expenses, and cash flow.
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with company processes
• Support month-end and reporting cycles and flag discrepancies or issues in financial data promptly
• Work closely with the team to ensure financial operations keep pace with business activity.
  

Requirements:

• Background in finance or accounting (preferred over client-facing experience such as account management)
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operational finance roles.
• Experience in fintech or banking operations is a strong plus, ideally with exposure to relevant reporting requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, be comfortable with day-to-day operational finance rather than strategic or executive-level work, and be reliable and organised enough to manage recurring reporting cycles.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel is required.
• Progress toward ICAN/ACCA certification is a plus, but hands-on operational experience is the priority
