Finance Manager

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash management.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Monitor inventory valuation, production costs, and cost control.
• Supervise payroll processing and financial documentation.
• Work closely with management to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.
• Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Candidates with strong experience using other accounting software (Sage, Xero, ERPNext, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and payroll.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Experience in the agriculture, manufacturing, or production sector is an added advantage.
