Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including cashbooks, ledgers, and expense reports.
Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and budget updates.
Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements.
Support procurement processes, documentation, and inventory management.
Oversee general office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and staff documentation.
Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies when required.
Requirements:
OND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in finance and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and Sage).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
