• Prospect and sign up new customers in markets, trading centers, boda stages, and communities
• Open new accounts daily and grow active customers
• Mobilize savings and investments
• Promote Uwezo products such as Savings, Loans, Money Transfer, and Insurance.
• Educate customers on financial discipline and wealth creation
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
• Build strong relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty
• Participate in field campaigns and community activations
• Submit daily activity and performance reports
