Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize and recruit clients within assigned areas and market segments.

- Conduct field assessments, group formation, loan appraisal, and verification of client information.

- Facilitate loan disbursement, monitor loan performance, and conduct regular follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate records of client files, loan documentation, and repayments.

- Ensure timely collection of loan installments while promoting a positive repayment culture.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting Uzima’s products and services.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of a Degree in Business Administration, Microfinance, Accounting, Social Sciences, Education, or any related field.

- Experience in field-based microfinance lending is an added advantage.

- Must be willing to work and travel extensively in rural and peri-urban communities. - Strong communication, mobilization, and customer relationship management skills. - High level of integrity, discipline, and results-oriented work ethic.

- Ability to speak Samia,Swahili, Luhya, Lugwe and English

- All Interviews will be conducted at the Mbale Regional offices
