Supervises
1. ROLE PURPOSE To maintain a safe, compliant, secure and well-maintained working environment that supports efficient warehouse and office operations by coordinating facilities maintenance, engineering contractors, security, health and safety systems, housekeeping, reception and administrative support services.
The role protects BLL's people, assets and infrastructure while ensuring facilities remain reliable, presentable and compliant with statutory and client requirements.
2. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Facilities & Asset Maintenance Coordination Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of: Buildings, Warehouse infrastructure, Office facilities & Utilities Material handling equipment, Fire systems, HVAC systems, Electrical and plumbing services Ensure contractors deliver agreed work on time, within budget and to specification.
Engineering Contractor Management Coordinate all outsourced engineering services. Responsibilities include: Scope definition, Work scheduling Contractor supervision, Quality verification & Completion certification Maintenance records
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Maintain BLL's Health & Safety Management System. Coordinate: Fire safety inspections, Emergency preparedness, Safety training & PPE compliance Incident investigations, Risk assessments & Corrective actions
Security & Access Control Coordinate physical security across the facility. Ensure: Visitor management & Access control Warehouse entry procedures & Keys management CCTV issue reporting & Security incident reporting
Administration & Reception Coordinate front office administration including: Reception standards & Mail management Visitor experience, Meeting room readiness Office supplies & Office environment
Housekeeping & Workplace Standards Maintain high workplace standards through: Cleaning schedules, 5S implementation, Waste management Warehouse housekeeping, Grounds maintenance, Washroom standards
Compliance Support Support operational compliance by maintaining: Maintenance, HSE, & Fire inspection records Contractor compliance documentation Asset maintenance records Insurance inspection support
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to: Improve safety, improve asset reliability & reduce facility operating costs Improve workplace appearance Improve contractor performance
Must have skills Highly organised, Detail-oriented, Calm under pressure

Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Occupational Safety & Health, Business Administration or related discipline.
Experience
- 3–5 years in facilities, administration, engineering coordination, HSE or operations support.
- Experience coordinating outsourced contractors.
- Experience managing workplace safety.
- Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing or logistics operations is highly desirable.
