1. Production - Plan cutting, irrigation schedule, fertilizer, supervise 8 casuals
2. Machines - Manage driver, service schedule, fuel logs, prevent breakdowns
3. Sales - Deliver to buyer, weigh bales, collect payments, keep records
4. Admin - Labor payroll, security, report to you weekly with photos
5. Growth - Prep land for scaling to 300 acres
