• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations
• Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
• Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and service quality
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
