All properties to be offered must be fenced with standard fence or boundary wall.

Individual bidders must submit a Certified copy of land title/ownership (e.g. Certificate of Rights (COR), Lease hold, Title Deed, mortgage bond or purchase agreements.

Individual bidders must submit a Certified copy of National Identity card (Omang).

Individual bidders must submit a Duly completed Accommodation Offer form.

Companies must submit a Certified copy of land title/ownership (e.g. Certificate of Right (COR), Lease hold, Title Deed, mortgage bond or purchase agreements.

Companies must submit Certified copies of National Identity cards (Omang) for all shareholders.

Companies must submit a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or TIN number for online verification.

Companies must submit a Copy of Company/Business name extract from CIPA/shareholder Certificate.

Companies must submit a Duly completed Accommodation Offer Form.
