Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is an independent not-for-profit community health organisation supporting more than 6,000 clients across the Bellarine Peninsula each year through a workforce of approximately 165 staff and 90 volunteers.

An exciting executive leadership opportunity exists to join BCH's Executive Team and lead a diverse portfolio spanning child and family services, youth mental health and wellbeing, oral health, disability services, health promotion and community-based programs.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director Child, Youth & Families will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio comprising approximately 38 FTE, four direct reports and annual revenue of approximately $7 million. The role will play a key part in strengthening service performance, developing leadership capability, improving access and care, enhancing partnerships and supporting the long-term sustainability of the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and values-driven executive leader with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, improve organisational performance and deliver high-quality services within complex health or human services environments.

Located on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula, just 30 minutes from Geelong, BCH offers the opportunity to combine meaningful executive leadership with an exceptional coastal lifestyle.
