Doorman / Security Support

Location: Awka, Anambra State

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Salary: ₦70,000 per month

Swiftly Support is recruiting for a polite, observant and dependable Doorman/Security Support person to welcome visitors, support safe access and maintain a professional first impression at the entrance.

Key Responsibilities

• Open the door and acknowledge customers promptly and courteously as they arrive.
• Observe the entrance and help manage orderly entry without obstructing customer access.
• Remain alert to suspicious activity, security risks, disturbances or emergencies and inform the Operations Coordinator/Manager immediately.
• Support customers with basic directions and notify Front Desk of arrivals when needed.
• Keep the entrance area neat and report hazards, damage or maintenance concerns.
• Follow security procedures and never use unnecessary force, threaten customers or make promises outside the role.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in security, hospitality, front-of-house or customer-facing support is an advantage.
• Alertness, punctuality, good judgement, respectful communication and neat appearance.
• Able to follow instructions and respond calmly to difficult situations.
• Any required security training/licence must be current where applicable.

• Entrance cleanliness and order.

Reporting Line: Operations Coordinator / Store Manager, except where a specific escalation or external-service relationship applies.
