DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE MEMBER

• Responsibilities

The Disciplinary Committee holds statutory responsibility for the adjudication of all disciplinary matters involving accountants, ensuring strict adherence to professional standards, legal compliance, and the BICA Code of Ethics.

• Requirements

Must be a registered member of BICA in good professional standing, holding either Associate or Fellow status.

Absolutely no previous history of professional misconduct, disciplinary sanctions, or pending investigations.

Must actively operate as an Accountant in Business and/or possess experience in public practice.

High level of integrity with a strong practice and interest in ethics.

Demonstrated interest in law and regulatory enforcement frameworks.
