The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is inviting applications from suitably qualified, competent, and highly motivated individuals for the position of

  • Director of Corporate Services

. Reporting directly to the Director General, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Bureau’s Corporate Services Division, ensuring effective management of Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, ICT, Administration, and stakeholder engagement functions.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, strategic plans, and internal control systems.
  • Liaise with the National Audit Office and development partners.
  • Formulate and oversee procurement policies, strategies, and compliance.
  • Lead ICT policy development and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership to Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, and ICT teams.
  • Ensure efficient administrative and operational support services across the Bureau.
  • Lead institutional resource mobilisation initiatives.
  • Coordinate senior management meetings and strategic planning activities.
  • Oversee staff performance management systems.
  • Lead the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the institutional budget.
  • Ensure timely preparation of annual, management, and financial reports.
  • Respond to audit findings and Public Accounts Committee matters.
  • Requirements
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Education
  • Master's Degree in:
  • Human Resource Management
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Management

Or a related field.

  • Work Experience
  • Minimum of
  • 10 years' senior management experience

in:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Finance
  • Administration Management

Or a related field.

  • SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Resource mobilisation and institutional budgeting expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resource Management and organisational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital systems.
  • EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
  • Three (3) year renewable contract subject to satisfactory performance.
