Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

· Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.

· Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

· Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.

· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

· Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.

· Generate and analyse campaign performance reports, providing recommendations to maximise ROI.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

· Manage online reputation and customer engagement across digital channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.

· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
