Digital Marketing Specialist

• Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, and online platforms
• Manage and grow TECNO’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Plan and run digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Create, coordinate, and manage digital content (graphics, videos, captions, ads)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights
• Manage online influencers, brand ambassadors, and digital partners
• Track market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
• Coordinate with sales and retail teams to support online-to-offline campaigns
• Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum
• 2–3 years’ experience
• in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ads, and analytics tools
• Experience with content creation and basic design tools is an added advantage
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Experience in FMCG, mobile phones, or electronics industry is a plus
