• Drive Data, Analytics, and AI business growth, covering opportunity identification, qualification, proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.

• Shape large consulting and transformation engagements by defining solution direction, value propositions, commercial strategies, and delivery roadmaps.

• Lead RFP responses and proactive proposals, ensuring solutions are differentiated, commercially viable, and outcome-oriented.

• Develop collaborative business opportunities with account teams, technology partners, alliance partners, and consulting practices.

• Define target-state enterprise architectures and strategies spanning cloud data platforms, data products, analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, governance, and Responsible AI.

• Ensure enterprise transformation initiatives address scalability, security, privacy, resilience, cost optimization, and regulatory obligations.

• Provide executive oversight throughout opportunity development, engagement mobilization, delivery, and business value realization.

• Establish governance mechanisms covering project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, commercial commitments, quality, and stakeholder communication.

• Ensure effective transition from pre-sales to delivery, with clearly defined ownership, commitments, and success criteria.

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting, architecture, engineering, analytics, and AI teams across different locations.

• Contribute to senior talent acquisition, capability development, succession planning, and leadership mentoring.

• Create reusable consulting offerings, reference architectures, case studies, estimation models, executive presentations, and delivery playbooks.

• Represent the practice in strategic client, partner, and internal leadership engagements.

• Develop strategic reference customers and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
