Customer Service Representative - SOCIAL MEDIA E-COMMERCE ACCOUNT - Dayshift w/ Fixed Weekend Off🔥🚨

Requirements:

• SHS graduate with at least 6 months to 1 year BPO experience
• Experience in chat support and outbound call exp is required for this position.
• Experience using CRM systems and handling multiple communication channels is an advantage.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
• Can work on site in McKinley, Taguig City (beside Venice Grand Canal Mall)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle merchant inquiries through chat and outbound calls/messages.
• Assist merchants with account activation, onboarding, engagement, and issue resolution.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs) during all interactions.
• Meet productivity, quality, response time, and performance targets.
• Record and update merchant interactions accurately in the CRM or internal system.
