Job Description

Concentrix Clark is hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple accounts. Available opportunities include Financial, Telco/Telco Tech, Retail, Travel, and Healthcare accounts.

Account Hiring Demands

• Financial – 150 positions

• Telco / Telco Tech – 100 positions

• Retail – 80 positions

• Travel – 15 positions

• Healthcare – 10 positions

Qualifications

• High School and Senior High School graduates may be accepted for selected accounts

• Some Financial account positions require at least 12 years of education or 2 years of college

• Requirements vary depending on the account

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns

• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions

• Follow account procedures and company policies

• Document customer interactions when required

• Escalate concerns according to established procedures

• Maintain professional and courteous customer service

Salary and Benefits

• ₱17,500–₱25,450 monthly, depending on account

• Account-specific compensation and benefits may vary

Work Schedule

• Onsite

• Clark, Pampanga

• Hiring dates are scheduled throughout November, depending on account
