Job Description

MicroSourcing is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (AU/NZ) to support recruitment activities for Australian and New Zealand hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through SEEK, databases, Facebook groups, and other recruitment channels

• Screen resumes against job briefs

• Conduct initial phone screening

• Shortlist qualified candidates

• Schedule candidate interviews

• Follow up on timesheets

• Support bulk SMS and email campaigns for high-volume recruitment

• Manage recruitment activities based on specific hiring requirements

Qualifications

• Recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or related experience

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to support high-volume recruitment activities

• Strong attention to detail and organization
